Shimmy & Stretch – Mondays & Thursdays (45 mins)
This class gives you the best of both worlds:

15 minutes of full-body stretching, helping you unwind, improve flexibility, and leave feeling strong and fabulous.

Full Shimmy – Wednesdays (45 mins)
