Floor Workshop

It's time to get down on the floor! In this one and a half hour workshop learn a floorwork routine, including how to bump, grind, slide, split and beautiful floorwork flow!

Suitable for all but aimed at improver/intermediate students/students. Please note this class can be hard on your knees. Please do feel free to bring knee pads with you
